TODD W. ELLIOTT, ESQUIRE

Mr. Elliott can claim over ten years of trial litigation
experience, mostly on the defense side, which gives him a
unique perspective when handling plaintiff personal injury
cases. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar
Association, Workers' Compensation Section, Pennsylvania
Bar Association, Civil Litigation Section; and American Bar
Association.

He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University at
Buffalo. He is a member of the Golden Key Honor Society,
Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa (graduated top 10%
of class). Upon earning his juris doctor degree from
Duquesne University, Mr. Elliott served as a judicial law
clerk for The Honorable Peter O. Steege, Court of Common
Pleas of Beaver County, Pennsylvania 1997-1998. He has
worked for various insurance defense firms over the years,
handling both plaintiff and defense cases. He has also
given a seminar to Cincinnati Insurance adjusters
concerning the implementation of HIPAA regulations.

Mr. Elliott has successfully handled jury trials throughout
Western Pennsylvania. He also defended Bernard Ebbers in
two civil law suits following the Worldcom collapse. Mr.
Elliott's areas of practice include: medical malpractice,
dental malpractice, insurance defense, plaintiff personal
injury litigation, workers compensation, product liability,
criminal defense, divorce, custody, and support. He also
helps modest means clients through the Allegheny County
Bar Association referral program.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS

Mr. Elliott relies on independent contractor attorneys for
assistance on cases. He has access to expertise and
additional resources to fully and completely represent each
client's unique needs.
